What’s growing this month:

·         Baby will start taking practice breaths of the amniotic fluid

·         Baby’s limbs can bend now: hands are flexed at the wrist; arms can bend at the elbows

·         Hair is starting to sprout

·         She may be able to hear because the inner workings of the ear are complete

·         Kidneys are producing urine

How far along: 10 weeks, 6 days
Total weight gain: about 2 lbs, it’s hard to tell on my scale
Maternity clothes: none
Stretch marks: just the usual
Sleep: My sleep is good but I’ve been having some disturbing dreams. Like when I took a nap today, I dreamt that I was bleeding and cramping and I thought I was miscarrying. I’ve had nightmares and the other morning I woke up fighting Christian because “An African was attacking me”.
Best moment of this week: Going prom dress shopping with my cousins.
Miss anything: Um, I don’t like feeling icky and lately I’ve been hungry but haven’t had a taste for much.
Movement: My sweet pea is doing a lot of kicking and moving in there, but I won’t be able to feel it for a while.
Food cravings: Not really, but I’ve given up fast-food.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Um not really. I haven’t been feeling nauseous like I was just been feeling icky
Have you started to show yet: I think a little bit but then I don’t know if its me just being bloated. I can’t wait until I can actually show a little.
Gender: We are still convinced it’s a girl. Even though I became sad when I was in Marshall’s when I looked at all the boys clothes, and then started hoping for a boy.
Labor signs: No way

Wedding rings on or off: on
Happy or moody most of the time: MOODY!!! Woah, it’s been crazy how emotional I’ve been. And it sucks because my hubby can’t take me serious anymore because when arguing with him, I’m not making ANY sense. I totally have pregnancy brain, it’s a dang shame.
Looking forward to: Our doctor’s appointment is less than 2 weeks away.
Anything else: I talked to my dad and he asked, “how’s my grandbaby doing”. I said well good and I’m not feeling nauseous anymore. He said, “I didn’t ask about you, I asked about my grandbaby”. lol
